At Pease Bell CPAs, I lead audit and assurance engagements with a strong focus on the healthcare industry.My practice is centered around skilled nursing facilities, behavioral health providers, independent living, and assisted living communities. I also serve clients in the nonprofit sector, delivering high-quality, insight-driven assurance services that go beyond the numbers and support informed decision-making.Earlier in my career, I gained broad experience across various industries by providing audit, review, and consulting services, which shaped my ability to approach client challenges with both technical accuracy and business perspective.In addition to serving clients, I support our firm\'s growth through mentoring, staff development, and active involvement in the business community. I am a member of professional organizations such as the AICPA and OSCPA and serve on the board of Community Housing Solutions, a nonprofit dedicated to helping low-income families obtain and maintain safe, decent, and affordable housing.
