I’ve had the opportunity to- Lead high-performing sales teams, both inside and outside- Oversee transportation and logistics operations- Manage a team of Customer Services Reps responsible for inquiries globally- Manage a team of program managers responsible for strategic, multimillion-dollar quoting initiatives for global customers- Contribute to cross-functional task forces addressing tariffs, non-conformities, and major ERP implementationsI’ve also served as a CTPAT liaison with U.S. Customs and Border Protection for over three years, overseeing compliance, risk mitigation, and continuous improvement within the program.In recognition of this work, I was honored to be named one of Rock to Road magazine’s “Top 10 Under 40” for 2025, in the Canadian aggregates industry—an acknowledgment I value as much for the teams and partnerships behind it as for the individual recognition.Outside of work, I stay closely connected to my community. I coach youth hockey and serve as President of our local minor hockey association—roles that keep me grounded, reinforce the importance of mentorship, and continue to shape my leadership approach.At my core, I’m driven by building strong teams, elevating the customer experience, and creating scalable structures that support long-term growth.
