About Ryan Pingree
Ryan Pingree, CEP, is the President and a co-founder of Scout Environmental, Inc. He is a Senior Environmental Planner/NEPA Project Manager and has 20+ years of environmental planning experience with an emphasis on effectively managing complex NEPA projects for Department of Defense clients throughout the United States. He is an award-winning NEPA Project Manager who consistently leads teams that earn exceptional client ratings. Ryan has project experience throughout the United States (to include Alaska and Hawaii); however, the bulk of his project experience lies within the southwest. Ryan earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Physical Geography from the University of California at Santa Barbara (UCSB) and a Masters of Environmental Science and Management from the Bren School of Environmental Science and Management at UCSB. Ryan earned his American Institute of Certified Planners (AICP) certification in 2018 and his PMP in 2021. He is a member of the Society of American Military Engineers and is a U.S. Navy veteran, having completed his service obligation as a Lieutenant in 2013. Ryan enjoys surfing, prone paddle boarding, swimming, camping, and the SF Giants; however, he not like sea lions as they do not like him.
