Plan and coordinate appraisal projects for Baltimore District, including the appraisal of real estate and interests therein for acquisition, management and disposal. Determines extent of appraisal work required, methods and sequence of operations to permit coordination of both field and office phases of appraisal work with other project phases and personnel requirements to carry out the work. Conducts appraisals for acquisition or disposal purposes that may include, but are not limited to, commercial, residential and industrial properties, railroad and utilities, town sites, schools, residential and commercial subdivisions, quarries, marinas, airports, mineral rights, and large scale, multi-use planned development projects.
