ABOUT RYAN PERLONGO
I am a the Chief of Evidence-Based Training and Innovation for the New York State Division of Criminal Justice. Over the past 15 years, I\'ve cultivated experience as a contributing member of police and public safety operations in sworn, project management, and consultancy roles. I\'m a strong proponent of creating and sustaining two-way relationships between communities and law enforcement through collaboration, leadership development, and evidence-based strategy implementation. Most recently, my research projects concern interleaved law enforcement academy curriculum and executive leadership development. I am dedicated to lending my background and hands-on experience to devising sustainable solutions and holistic public safety initiatives.
