At WorkBay, I work with an efficient four-person acquisition team. We work closely together to underwrite and perform due diligence on multi-million-dollar, small-bay industrial real estate acquisitions. I take a hands-on approach throughout the acquisition process. My responsibilities include analyzing growth opportunities by location, tenant mix, access and market activity. This may mean starting with only a map and no financials, and building out models using tax records, lease comps and local market data to identify properties worthy of further consideration. After we are under contract, I assist with property walkthroughs, review rent rolls and financials and communicate with brokers to ensure effective progress throughout the acquisition process.I am enjoying tremendous opportunities to break down deals from start to finish and working alongside a laser-focused team.
