ABOUT RYAN P.
My name is Ryan I have a wealth of knowledge and experience within various industries ranging from health and fitness, security and education for children with complex needs which I have gained over the last 25 years ranging from Management, Instructor, Mentor and lecturerer. I have excelled in personal training working with the general public on 5 star cruise ships athletes and celebrities and helping small business grow from strength to strength with marketing and sales. I started my career in the BRITISH army where I became a physical training instructor after leaving the army in 2001 I worked as a personal trainer at Holmes place health club, I then went into the class teaching circuit in the south where I soon found a new passion which lead me to teaching indoor cycling nationally. I carried on teaching and found there was more of a demand for outdoor fitness classes so I began working with British Military Fitness running various outdoor bootcamp classes across Hertfordshire, Oxfordshire and now Dorset. My sporting career started when I was 14 and I was bought a squash racket and put in the school rugby squad, this lead to me being squash county champion for Northumberland by the time I was 16 and playing rugby for my local team in Newcastle, within 10 years and a lot of hard work and dedication I represented team GB in both disciplines in the world police and fire games in 2005 and 2007. I have worked with many teams including the junior lions team on there strength and conditioning and performance programmes. I have a wealth of knowledge and experience within the security industry ranging from SIA License, defence driver, hostage negotiation, surveillance, Family protection, Asset Protection, control and restraint and close protection which I have gained over the last 15 years. I have a wealth of knowledge and experience working with young people with all sorts of complex needs which I have gained over the last 15 years. British Army Physical Training Instructor.
