Switched contact import and update from a multi-step import from multiple systems to a straight import of all necessary metadata from ERP system. Worked with internal ERP systems analysts to develop necessary fields, etc- leveraged previous ERP analyst experience to streamline process.~60 minute contact update process was turned into a <2 minute manual process with ongoing automation.
