This involves drafting wills or trusts to minimize estate taxes or avoid probate. Our plans include strategies to protect assets while ensuring wishes are honored. We also assist successor trustees with trust administration matters.Business Entity Formation: We help guide business owners through the process of establishing businesses and provide counsel on compliance with corporate governance laws to ensure businesses operate appropriately.Contract Drafting and Business Transactions: We work to ensure contractual agreements are well reasoned, legally sound, and protect our clients\' interests. In this area we draft contracts tailored to specific needs while also reviewing existing contracts for potential risks or liabilities.Probate: We guide families through the legal process of estate administration following a person\'s death. This includes managing the distribution of assets according to the deceased\'s will or Oklahoma law when no will exists. Our work can also include resolving disputes among heirs and ensuring compliance with probate court requirements.Guardianship: We represent individuals seeking guardianship for minors or incapacitated adults. Our role is to help clients navigate legal proceedings to establish guardianship while advocating for the best interests of those who cannot advocate for themselves.
