   Streamlined an efficient and transparent system of technical advancement with A&R, booking agents, PR and band management-Built offers and lead holistic show strategy from confirmation to final settlement-Launched the new Event Center (500 cap venue) and produced over 600 concerts from Sept 2018 to December 2024 with a combined total of tickets sold and over in ticket revenue-Manage daily operations of the Event Center, including training an operational team of 15 on process/procedures and providing necessary support-Reshaped the music program and built a positive community presence through a grass roots strategy of honest and tangible excitement for each and every event we produce-Ongoing mentor-ship duties with a large pool of local talent to help nurture their early careers and achieve positive momentum in their respective market-Established a local Music Venue Coalition to create a system for touring bands to expand their fan base and effectively climb the ladder of venue size in the local market-Cohesively booking talent that both embodies the brand and appeals to the local demographic of musicfans-Hands on with all aspects of production from front door to back stage, meticulously examining every facet of operations to assure the highest quality concert experience-Manage weekly scheduling of staff, ongoing training programs, employee morale and leading by example with deep passion and relentless enthusiasm-Maintain both labor and non-labor departmental budgets while adjusting operations as necessary to identify issues or opportunities-Managing weekly reports on sales trends, bookings, sales recap, department productivity while actively maintaining relative market due diligence on up and coming talent-Partnered with relative brands to sponsor live streams and raise viewership while driving traffic to partnered social channels.
