I began working for HDS as a consultant to help integrate a new decorating and embroidery department in I then quickly was hired to manage and operate the embroidery department and after 5 years of tremendous growth, I had become part of the day to day management team, assisting in all aspects of the company. In 2004 I left the day to day operations of HDS to be a founding and managing partner in X-Deco, over the next 8 years X-Deco expanded to be a premiere contract screen printing and embroidery company in the country.I returned to HDS in September of 2012 as COO of HDS, I am now responsible for overseeing all operations of one of the top promotional product distributors in the country. HDS was ranked in the top 40 distributors in an industry with over competitors in 2019
