Owner, Neumyer Law, LLC - My practice is primarily devoted to counseling executives and private and public employers on human resources and employee benefits compliance issues, including FMLA, ADA, ERISA and wage and hour laws. I also represent clients before courts and administrative agencies, including the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, Pennsylvania Human Relations Commission, and the Unemployment Compensation Board of Review. Drawing on my prior experience as Director of Human Resources and General Counsel for a Lancaster-based healthcare organization, I also provides counsel to medical practices on issues such as HIPAA and Federal healthcare reform. I also practice in the area of Community Association Law. Drawing on my experience serving on the Board of Directors of local homeowners\' associations, I work with condominium and homeowners\' associations on all aspects of their governance, including general liability, director, officer and other insurance claims, collection of delinquent assessments, amending and interpreting governing documents, covenant and bylaw enforcement litigation, contract drafting and review and construction defect matters.
