Management of financial operations and ERP Implementation:\\\\n\\\\n• Ownership of monthly/quarterly/yearly monthly close and financial reporting.\\\\n• Source of truth to support our business partners.\\\\n• Establish, implement, and improve on policies and procedures for the business segment.\\\\n• Point person for the annual audit in all aspects of financial affairs.\\\\n• Prepare the annual budget and periodic forecasts.\\\\n• Collaborate with key stakeholders on variances analysis.\\\\n• Project Implementation management: In collaboration with consulting counterparts to integrate to a new ERP system.\\\\n- Strategy & Roadmap: Develop ERP strategy with input from relevant enterprise and segment\\\\nfinance stakeholders.\\\\n- Change Management: Ensure change management is fully integrated into ERP rollout\\\\nstrategy.\\\\n- Talent: Manage, lead and grow functional analyst talent ensuring that the team is right sized\\\\nby region with the up-to-date skills & knowledge to operate platforms.\\\\n- Architect & Execute: Own the platform architecture including the integrated ecosystem\\\\n(Integrations with Entities, Cost Centers, Statistics, Vendor ID\'s, Reporting, etc.).\\\\n- Innovate & Transform: Develop a shared understanding of financial capabilities that can be\\\\ndeveloped on the ERP platforms.\\\\n- Operate: Define platform SLAs/OLA\'s around stability, operations.\\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n
