   I own the subscriptions product roadmap for a team of 15 people, consisting of engineers and quality assurance staff, while interfacing with marketing, design, business intelligence units and local editorial teams. I work with multiple stakeholders across the company, all with the goal of creating a sustainable future for essential local news in 25 markets. Among the products I\'ve shaped and guided to delivery- A machine-learning paywall model that reduced our paywall stop rate by 21%, increased subscription starts by 19%, and even grew ad revenue by 12%, driven by better viewability of ads that weren\'t blocked by the paywall. When applied to a recently acquired property in Texas, subscription starts were 5X+ the previous system - An INMA award-winning gift article functionality that has boosted tenure among subscribers, while driving new sampling and leading to downstream subscription purchases- A shared subscription feature that allows account holders to share a subscription with up to four guest members, designed to cut churn and increase tenure- A unified user experience on our subscription management pages with login and account functionality- Google One Tap login, which has significantly increased our rate of email capture- An overhaul of our paywall technology to be compatible with a new front-end system- Account linking on our mobile app, to increase tenure and allow for increased pricing on our mobile apps- Dynamic newsletter signup messages based on a user\'s favorite topics, excluding ones they\'re already enrolled in- Personalized content recommendations onsite, including location- and topic-based ones, using both passive data collection and active user inputs.
