   Responsible for all Operations and Event Production for the Washington State chapter of the Brewery Running Series. This includes brewery, sponsor, vendor, and non-profit outreach, managing teams of brand ambassadors, coordinating overlapping schedules across a multitude of competing events, filing for permits and insurance, executing ongoing marketing strategies, and all aspects of producing ongoing Brewery Running Series events for the state of Washington start to finish. As Regional Director, I am responsible for ensuring national brand alignment, maintaining accounting, and confirming compliance with state regulations. This includes training staff, brand ambassadors and volunteers, distributing critical communications across multiple key stakeholders, and active budget management. This role requires initiative, communication, attention to detail, and the capacity to travel around the state while managing overlapping deadlines.
