Automotive retail operator focused on improving dealership performance through stronger customer lifecycle management, operational discipline and technology-enabled visibility.Over the past 15+ years I have worked across automotive sales operations, helping retailers improve enquiry management, used vehicle profitability, aftersales retention and operational consistency across multi-site environments.My interest increasingly sits at the intersection of automotive operations, customer lifecycle management and technology, particularly how dealer groups can unlock additional value from their existing customer base through stronger data visibility, disciplined processes and better engagement with customers throughout the ownership journey.Much of the industry\'s growth conversation still focuses on selling more vehicles. In reality, some of the most significant opportunities for improvement sit within the customers retailers already have – through stronger retention, renewal timing, aftersales utilisation and more consistent operational execution.Alongside my operational work within the industry, I am also building AutoEliteAI, a platform focused on activating the dealership customer lifecycle through intelligent communication and automation.
