At Milliken, I help lead strategy and growth for our Agricultural business, with a focus on sustainable technologies that serve both our customers and the growers they support. From biodegradable encapsulation to microplastic-free seed treatments and water management solutions, we’re building products that enable more resilient, efficient, and environmentally responsible farming systems.With 20 years in the industry—spanning R&D, product management, and supply chain—I thrive at the intersection of technical depth and commercial clarity. I’m energized by cross-functional collaboration, translating science into strategy, and asking the kinds of questions that move the business forward. My work blends data and discernment, helping teams drive innovation, reduce complexity, and deliver meaningful value.But more than anything, I believe leadership is relational. The best work happens when people trust each other, challenge each other, and build together toward something that matters. That belief shapes how I show up in every setting—whether it’s with internal teams, partners across the value chain, or the growers we ultimately serve.Outside of work, my wife Leah and I are raising our two kids in Winneconne, WI. I spend my free time cooking, reading, strength training, and serving as a volunteer firefighter with the Winneconne-Poygan Fire District. That calling—to show up for others, to steward what I’ve been given—runs through every part of my life.

   Winter 2022: Fire Fighting Principles. This section of the course is being conducted in collaboration with the Winneconne Community School District. From the course description, Fire Fighting Principles \"describes basic fire behavior, techniques used to control structural and related fire emergencies, and life safety practices. Students perform all practical evolutions necessary to control and extinguish fires and otherwise meet all requirements for Firefighter I certification with the State of Wisconsin.\"I assist a team comprised of two other instructors mainly in the practical evolutions and hands-on portions of the course.
