About Ryan Merritt
I\'m responsible for Ayzenberg\'s work on the Xbox business as we tackle just how to bring games like Halo, Tomb Raider, and Gears of War to market. I work in conjunction with other agencies and since social touches almost every discipline, I\'ve been fortunate to learn some of everything.I also manage full campaigns - from initial strategy, all the way through conception and into market. My true passion is to basically make cool stuff. If the content is entertaining and has a heart (in whatever form that takes) generally, people will pay attention.A little background- Graduated with my MBA in marketing back in 2013 from the Drucker School of Management - Possess an accounting background (and was a temporary mathematics major) so I know how to take care of the details - Have leadership qualities that promote community and work towards a common goal while also being able to take a back seat and learn from those with more experience
