I’m an enterprise leader at the intersection of strategic delivery, client advisory, and large-scale business transformation, with a career spanning nearly a decade at Marsh & McLennan and 14 years of executive leadership at Cox Communications. My career began in commercial insurance and risk management technologies at CS STARS (Marsh & McLennan), where I managed multi-industry client portfolios and advised risk managers and business leaders on program design, coverage strategy, and system adoption. I led enterprise client delivery across the Americas, partnering with brokers, technologists, and sales teams on complex accounts. I co-founded the company’s first PMO, establishing scalable standards that improved delivery performance across the organization. At Cox, I’ve held progressive leadership roles culminating as AVP of Enterprise Portfolio & Transformation. I oversee $400M+ in annual capital investment, advise C-suite leaders on strategic priorities, and drive large-scale initiatives spanning infrastructure modernization, product growth, and operational transformation. Most recently, I led Cox’s program efforts supporting integration and separation work tied to the $34B Charter merger.
