I have experience working in operations, projects, asset management, HR and offshore. I have held responsibility for the creating, presenting and executing the operational forecast/budget of the drilling rig, ensuring the targets are met. I have also had daily contact with the customer to ensure the operations are in line with their expectations and what can be done to improve the operational efficiency and safety, in a cost efficient manner.I spent time working as a manager in the HR department in Brasil, managing around 200 people in development and labor pools. Managing a team of supervisors and working with a different culture gave me a greater understanding of dealing with people of different cultures. I’m currently looking to continue working in an operational environment but also interested in working within a new industry.
