I manage a team of five designers and analysts, and I am responsible for leading the design of student-experience applications for a large, Boston-based university. I am constantly working with my team on generating ideas in design thinking workshops, prototyping in InVision and Figma, and translating these concepts into clear and data-driven product requirements to create the best digital experiences for students. Some of the applications we’ve built include a Class Attendance Scheduler; a COVID-19 Test Scheduler; a social engagement platform; and a Wellness chatbot service.
