About Ryan McGarvey

I’m currently the Chief of Staff at Sett. At Sett, our goal is to create healthier, effective alternatives for consumers who want the benefits of nicotine (focus, productivity, cognitive enhancement) without the health risks. My background is primarily in finance and operations. Prior to Sett, I was on the finance team at Ahimsa Companies, an M&A rollup strategy within the plant-based sector, where we acquired and operated a vertically integrated set of brands. I began my career in investment banking, and have experience across venture capital and corporate finance.Additionally, I run RMC Ventures, my consulting and angel investing platform focused on early-stage consumer startups within health and wellness CPG, digital health, and health tech.
