ABOUT RYAN MCCARVILLE
I provide advice to employers in all matters relating to human resources, employment contracts, human rights, discipline, and termination. I act as lead counsel to school boards and have represented all kinds of employers before courts, tribunals, and arbitrators in Prince Edward Island. I also regularly provides seminars on a wide variety of matters, including workplace harassment, workplace investigations, and managing employee sick leave.I am a member of the Law Society of Prince Edward Island and the Canadian Bar Association. I am also a board member of the Construction Association of Prince Edward Island.
