That upbringing shaped my work ethic and taught me the value of versatility — qualities that carried me through a collegiate basketball career and a Commerce degree at MacEwan University, and now into an MBA with Athabasca University, where I focused on strategic management and innovation.Today, I serve as Director of Operations & Business Development at Liberty Security — a GardaWorld company — where I lead national strategy and execution for customer acquisition and the delivery of industry-leading smart security experiences across Canada. I also mentor and coach student-athletes as an assistant basketball coach with MacEwan University, a role that deepens my commitment to performance development, accountability, and team culture.At the core, my approach to leadership is about building strong, capable teams and fostering a culture of growth, collaboration, and adaptability.
