As a HEV Launch Center Manager at Stellantis, which is a Senior Powertrain System Integration role, I lead the development of powertrain calibration for hybrid electric vehicles. With over 14 years of experience in the automotive industry, I have a proven track record of optimizing powertrain performance and developing innovative controls solutions. I have successfully coordinated between different powertrain development groups to enhance the overall efficiency and reliability of the vehicle. I am also nearing completion of an MBA from the University of Michigan, which will further enhance my leadership and business skills. I am very grateful for my opportunity to study at this university but what I\'ve enjoyed most is developing systematic solutions to many different problems with diverse teams. My goal is to grow, lead and continue to contribute to the development of system level technical solutions.

Built and directed a cross-functional global team responsible for engine, motor, and system integration across software, calibration, and hardware domains.Established structure, ownership, and alignment for a previously uncoordinated team, creating a high-performance culture centered on accountability and collaboration. Directed commissioning of engine and powertrain dyno facilities, system-level validation, and safety release activities, ensuring seamless communication across modules and suppliers.Defined software governance and delivery cadence to align development timing with program milestones, resolving systemic integration issues (CAN misalignments, requirements conflicts, calibration gaps). Championed full-scope system readiness through coordinated drivability, emissions, and safety testing.Served as key interface to executive leadership, providing actionable updates during certification, fuel economy, and emissions crises. Enabled successful prototype builds by standing up support capabilities at the Toluca, MX assembly plant—training local engineers and delivering 150 functional vehicles for validation.Recognized for bridging technical execution and strategic delivery, fostering innovation, and driving electrified powertrain readiness across global teams.
