Among many other tasks, I lead the end-to-end delivery of technical services for contracts across the UK. I founded Buffalo to simplify and professionalise how businesses access and manage technical services - offering a single, accountable point of contact rather than a patchwork of disconnected service providers.My role combines strategic leadership, operational oversight and client engagement. I take responsibility for shaping our long-term direction, while also staying hands-on in how we deliver for our clients day to day.Key areas of focus and contribution:• Built and lead a permanent team of trained maintenance technicians, fostering a culture of ownership, pride and care that runs through every layer of delivery.• Personally oversee the implementation of rigorous operating standards, ensuring our services are consistent, compliant and high quality.• Drive proactive project management and results-focused reporting to give clients clarity, confidence and measurable value.• Engage directly with clients to design joined-up, sustainable solutions that meet their operational and commercial goals.• Apply my military background to instil structure, resilience and reliability into both our internal operations and external partnerships.Buffalo reflects my belief in disciplined, dependable service - and my commitment to helping logistics businesses operate with greater control, clarity and peace of mind.
