Hybrid conflicts & AML role where support is provided to partners and fee-earners through performing conflicts of interest searches and KYC for the onboarding of all new clients and also for new matters relating to existing clients- Management of communication between fee-earners when a potential conflict of interest arises, including demonstration of the appropriate discretion when disclosing particular client or matter details- Risk assessments performed on the client level and matter level and support provided to the firm’s MLRO during the escalation process for any high risk factors identified during the AML review, such as those related to sanctions, industry or negative news for example- Experience gained using Intapp Intake and also with Compliance Catalyst for screening purposes.
