Financial Analyst/Controller for Siemens AG in Nuremberg, GermanyCIMA AssociateFormer graduate of the Siemens Finance and Commercial Academy.I have almost completed an 18-month delegation from the UK to Nuremberg in Germany on the Siemens Commercial Assignment Program (CAP). I am now looking for a new challenge and I am open to returning to the UK or working on another project outside of the UK.I have been working within a performance controlling team for a full business unit worldwide during my delegation to Germany. Previously I have been responsible for financial and business modelling for a number of diverse purchasing functions across North West. As part of this I have developed an in depth understanding for different business needs across regions and have developed my communication skills as I deal with all levels of internal management and external suppliers.As a fully qualified CIMA Management Accountant I can bring together the analytical training with my natural problem-solving ability to drive efficient and cost-effective solutions for the areas that I worked in. Through my experience on the Siemens Commercial Academy, I was able to spend three years working across different areas of the business, this is linked to my passion about championing their different perspectives to ensure diverse ideas and opinions are being brought to the table to ensure the best results. I have now further developed this in Germany, learning a new language and how to work in a different culture.
