Ryan is a Senior Manager in KPMG\'s national Partnership Transactions Group (PTG). Members of PTG work with clients operating in various industries around the world. His day-to-day responsibilities include overseeing the preparation of partnership capital account and allocation models as well as various other calculations unique to partnerships. In addition, he is available as a partnership technical resource as needed.Ryan has more than fourteen years of professional services experience providing partnership tax solutions to private equity, telecommunication, technology, real estate, construction, hospitality, oil and gas, family offices, as well as asset management clients. His background also includes helping corporate and individual clients determine partner level treatment with respect to partnership transactions and operations. These services are often provided in support of merger and acquisition teams, compliance engagements, litigation support, and initial public offerings. In addition to serving clients, Ryan has taken on various roles throughout his career with software teams in the development of proprietary partnership tax applications.
