About Ryan Herrera
I am an Attorney serving clients in the State of California. I represent Plaintiffs in personal injury, employment, and tenant habitability/harassment claims. From 2019 to present, I represent residential tenants in their lawsuits for damages against former landlords. I handle litigation matters from inception through trial, and have second chaired two trials. I have significant litigation experience through all phases of litigation, including: drafting pleadings, discovery, taking and defending depositions, motion work, and pre-trial/trial preparation. As a student at the University of San Francisco School of Law, I was recipient of the CALI Award for High Academic Excellence in Trademark Law. While in law school, I was the External Advocacy Director for the Moot Court Program, competed in the Moot Court Program, and served as the Student Bar Association Treasurer. I also received an Intellectual Property Certificate, with Honors. I received my Bachelor of Science from Santa Clara University, majoring in Political Science (Pre-law emphasis).
