ABOUT RYAN M.

I have cultivated twenty-six years of extensive trades experience encompassing areas such as framing, millworker, building envelopes and siding, additionally I am proficient at painting, basic plumbing and concrete cribbing and finishing. Of those twenty-two years, fourteen years have been in a supervisor/project management role efficiently overseeing all day to day business details, maximizing company success by creating and maintaining business working processes. Utilizing project management software such as BuilderTrend to update schedules and trades, create purchase orders and estimates, complete cost breakdowns and oversee cost and quality control. I am passionate about ensuring professional business relationships are maintained with each client and sub-trade through communication updates, on site meetings, and accurate file management including financial and construction details. This passion has carried into all areas of my life as I strive for meaningful quality personal relationships that are mutually supportive of areas of interest, passions and hobbies.
