ABOUT RYAN LUCAS
I am currently a master’s student at Texas A&M studying Human Resources Management. In the years before I studied business management and specifically entrepreneurial leadership. During my senior year I grew the Texas A&M Formula Electric Racing Business team from 3 to 40 members. Doing so I grew my entrepreneurial and human resource management skills. With this unique blend of studies and experiences I have specialized in organizational charting and job structuring. For someone who is energized by continuous learning, I was thrilled to discover and now begin my second degree from Texas A&M. With the cutting edge and extensive learning experience that the MS Human Resource Management program provides, I will refine my understanding of recruiting and developing employees that will be on the frontlines of organizational change.
