I am an Account Manager within Spectrum IT’s contract division, my role includes;Managing the end to end recruitment process from sourcing candidates, reviewing CVs with managers, booking interviews, providing feedback, offering candidates and managing starters.I keep regular contact with contractors working for us, and visit contractors where possibleAs an Account Manager within the contract division I monitor clients SLA’s and Targets to ensure we continually meet and overachieve client expectationsSupporting the contract team in candidate sourcing, this includes using passive recruitment methods such as LinkedIn and various Job boards.
