ABOUT RYAN LEZON

As a former two-sport college athlete and current Graduate Assistant in Football Operations at Ball State University, I bring a unique blend of leadership, teamwork, and operational expertise. My academic journey includes earning a Bachelor of Business Administration in Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management from Ball State University, where I graduated in three years while excelling as a student-athlete. During my time at Ball State and Butler University, I achieved distinctions such as being a 2-time All-Academic MAC and a 2020 MAC Champion.Transitioning from the field to the operational side of sports, I am currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration at Ball State University\'s Miller College of Business. My role involves managing logistics for travel, assisting with recruiting, and coordinating player development programs. This position allows me to leverage my skills in problem-solving and communication, honed through both my athletic and professional experiences.Previously, as an Automation Coordinator at Spot Freight, I supported customers by troubleshooting and ensuring a seamless user experience, further enhancing my expertise in operational logistics. My background in athletics has instilled a profound understanding of discipline and leadership, which I apply daily in my operations role, ensuring smooth execution of team logistics and supporting the development of our athletes both on and off the field.
