I look after Travelex branded retail locations from Aberdeen to Dover operating in major uk airports and ports overseeing nationwide bureau refurbishments and new site rollouts, reactive and planned maintenance. • Project management – creating project plans, highlighting issues and risk to the business/stakeholders and monitoring costs. • Vender management – making sure Travelex are getting the best value for money on projects and maintenance work, working with procurement and legal to source contractors through tendering project works out.• Contractor management - liaising with contractors that are carrying out project, PPM and reactive maintenance works making sure our contractors carry out the works to a high standard and reduce the impact on Travelex ability to trade, whilst the works are being carried out. • Stakeholder and client management engagement- working closely with our supermarkets and airports partners to make sure all parties are happy with the service they are receiving, and the works/projects that are to be delivered. Along with providing stakeholders with the information to make business critical decisions.• Technical reviews/drawing reviews – carrying a technical reviews of detailed design packs that designers have built for Travelex, making sure the designs are fit for purpose for the builds we require or products that we want to build • Creation of PPM excel documents, to show all PPM works in one location, the business can then use this document to help improve Compliance and Risk Scores.• Building projects plans to show case projects timelines, to share with the business. Assessing risks to the project and implementing plans to avoid/limit the impact of the risks.• Carrying out site surveys on location, for project works and maintenance works. Along with assessing the impact of relocation or new locations will impact on Travelex’s ability to trade.•
