   As part of the NDPE Science & Technology team, I manage a high-performing team of business intelligence engineers supporting supply chain managers, data scientists, and program leaders. We drive data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement by designing scalable data infrastructure, developing advanced reporting tools, and integrating diverse datasets to provide a holistic view of the network.My role spans strategic leadership, cross-functional coordination, and hands-on innovation. I lead end-to-end data initiatives that support both new programs and core operations, partner on long-term solutions for explainability and visualization, and bring AI-driven intelligence into how we plan, forecast, and operate.I’m also driving the development of new metrics to measure and monitor carbon intensity and output across our transportation operations. This work supports Amazon’s broader sustainability commitments and helps embed environmental impact tracking into our core business processes.Additionally, I lead a growing portfolio of AI capabilities—building LLM-powered systems with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), multi-agent orchestration, and tool-based reasoning frameworks to solve complex planning challenges.
