Management consultant with a background in Logistics, Management, Compliance and Education. Significant operational experince accumulated over a varied and exciting 24 year career in the Royal Navy. Currently employed by NATO, I am undertaking an institutional modernization programme in the Middle East, utiliszing Lean methodology and ISO standards. I\'m passionate about continuous improvement and risk based decision making. I have a strong track record of leading teams through change, and tweaking organisational culture to omptimize organizations. Rooted in the belief of creating Quality Management Systems to meet customer expectations, I am able to translate mission and vision in to tangible, reliable and high performing outcomes. Formerly a Physical Training Instructor, I later gained a commission and Graduated from Britannia Royal Naval College to become a Logistics Officer in 2014. I graduated from Lincoln University in 2015 with a BASc Logistics Management.
