Managing a portfolio of prospects capable of making leadership annual gifts of or more, working closely with university partners, leaders and stakeholders to achieve ambitious fundraising objectives. Serving as a pipeline for new donors to engage with Winthrop University through support of the Winthrop fund which provides immediate support to students and the university. These unrestricted gifts allow the university to address the areas of greatest need. As well as the Excellence Funds, which offer a meaningful way to advance the individual colleges, divisions or departments by fulfilling urgent funding needs in a timely and effective manner. These gifts help bolster the quality of programs, provide student professional development opportunities, support outstanding faculty in enrichment and research endeavors and engage alumni and friends in the life of the university.
