MONOGRAM at BBGM is a leader in Hotel and Resort Design. As Design Director I help lead a team of creatives dedicated to delivering designs that exceed the expectations of our clients. In my role I am involved in concept development, client presentations, business development and mentoring staff. I help guide the team to the best creative solution for each project. We are involved in all aspects of the design process from concept to construction. We work on all aspects of a hotel or resort project, from guestrooms to public areas, F+B outlets, meeting rooms and Spas. In the course of design on any given project we develop bespoke solutions to every design and craft stories rooting the project to its sense of place.
