Ryan M. Kunhart represents businesses, governmental entities, and individuals on a variety of litigation matters including breaches of contract, business tort, trade secret and fiduciary duty matters, negligence, insurance disputes, and construction defects. He was a Deans Scholar and a member of the Phi Alpha Theta National History Honor Society. Mr. Kunhart graduated with his Juris Doctor, cum laude, from the Creighton University School of Law in 2011. He received a certificate in litigation while at Creighton and was the recipient of the CALI Excellence for the Future Award in Trial Practice.Ryan is a member of the Nebraska Bar Association and Committee Chair of the Defense Research Institute\'s Civil Rights and Governmental Liability Committee. He is also the President of the Gift of Adoption Fund\'s Nebraska and Iowa Chapter.
