About Ryan Korslund

At Muon, we\'re developing the next generation of low-cost distributed instruments for Earth climate science. I graduated from the Georgia Institute of Technology in 2015 with a Bachelor\'s of Science in Aerospace Engineering. While studying at Georgia Tech, I also worked in multiple engineering roles with Virgin Galactic and Honda Aircraft Company. I started my career at OrbitalATK in Dulles, VA, where I worked as an Integration and Test Engineer on the Cygnus and GeoStar-3 spacecraft programs. I joined SpaceX, where I contributed to ramping Falcon 9 production via test automation. I moved to the Starlink program, where I developed free-space optical communication technology which ultimately revolutionized the Starlink network, enabling low-latency high-speed internet anywhere on Earth.
