About Ryan Kidd

Ryan is a Client Executive supporting the Signature Accounts market within Verizon Business Group. Prior to this, he was a member of the Integrated Solutions Project Management team involves Change and Reporting Manager. He had direct oversight for project data validation and system administration that encompass governance, process improvement, reporting, and managing the data integrity of project related information provided by the Regional Project Managers. Over the course of his tenure within Verizon his day-to-day responsibilities had increased from scheduling implementations with Third Party Vendors to becoming the site readiness tower lead in charge of vendor and resource management.Ryan graduated summa cum laude from North Carolina State University in the Poole College of Management. He has his bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance and Data Analytics. During his time at Cisco, Ryan earned his CCENT certification. While working at Verizon, Ryan obtained his Project Management 360 certification through Cornell University as well as earned his ITILv3, PRINCE2, and CSM certifications.
