ABOUT RYAN KERRIGAN
Ryan Kerrigan earned his degree in Chemical Engineering from Stevens Institute of Technology. With over 18 years at ExxonMobil, he has held diverse leadership and technical roles across multiple sites. In 2022, Ryan became Process Manager at the Mont Belvieu facility. In January 2025, he moved to Baton Rouge as Polyolefins Plant Manager and later that year assumed his current role as Polymers North Plant Manager.Ryan is also deeply involved in the Baton Rouge community. He serves on the Board of Directors for Capital Area United Way and is a Board Member of the Greater Baton Rouge Industry Alliance.Outside of work, Ryan and his wife Brittany are raising three sports-loving boys, which means weekends are packed with cleats, car snacks and last-minute fishing trips.ABOUT BATON ROUGE POLYMERS NORTHBaton Rouge Polymers North includes two facilities, the Polyolefins Plant and the Plastics Plant. The Polyolefins Plant manufactures high-density polyethylene (HDPE) and polypropylene (PP), used in products such as milk containers, recyclable food packaging, carpet backing, diapers, surgical gowns, and lightweight automotive parts. The Plastics Plant produces low-density polyethylene (LDPE), which is essential for plastic films, molding, adhesives, automotive hoses, belts, seals, bumpers, roofing sheets and non-woven products.These key materials support Louisiana’s economy through innovation, job creation and product development.
