Lead business development strategy and execution for a 25M+ GTI Energy business unit covering energy efficiency, renewable energy & fuels, and post combustion carbon management in Buildings and Industry. o Customers include several U.S. DOE offices, U.S. DOD, National Labs, CEC, NYSERDA, and North American utilities.• Work collaboratively with customers and GTI engineers and scientists to develop strategic pathways to meet each customer’s efficiency and renewable energy goals across the following steps:(1) opportunity identification,(2) scope, schedule, budget development,(3) award and contracting,(4) project launch, and (5) strategic customer support and management through execution. • Lead GTI Energy Emerging Technology Program (ETP) North American Collaborative supported by over 30 utility members.• Ryan is a skilled meeting facilitator and presenter. Ryan presented at more than a dozen industry conferences in 2022 including several plenary sessions/keynotes. Presentation topics include hybrid heat pumps, low carbon energy systems, utility decarbonization pathways, carbon capture, and low carbon fuels.• Subject Matter Expertise: Residential Building Science, Emerging Technology Program Design and Execution, Integrated Energy Systems, Heat Pumps, and Energy Efficiency Measure and Program Development.
