I Contribute to Company growth through an effective Succession Plan and Recruitment strategy. Gain market share by effectively implementing Sales and Wage Cost strategies. Ensure that district area training, coaching and development standards are met. Ensure adherence to corporate Visual Presentation Standards and ensure effective merchandise placement. I must meet company operational expectations through the implementation of effective Loss Prevention Policies and Practices. Most importantly I respond promptly and effectively to fluxes in business with a strategic plan of action. Quickly identify productivity concerns and react with a sense of urgency and in a timely manner with an effective plan of action
