I am the Co-Deputy Chair of Bond, Schoeneck & King PLLC\'s Litigation Department. I practice in business/commercial litigation, torts and everything in between. I litigate complex civil cases in state and federal courts. I have tried both jury and non-jury trials, argued at the appellate level and represented clients during mediation and arbitration proceedings. I am on the Executive and Membership Committees of MeetingPoint Referral Network, which is a selective referral group made up of lawyers, accountants, and financial, wealth and insurance managers.I am the President of the Board of Directors for Court Appointed Special Advocates.I am on the Board of Directors for the Albany County Bar Association and Chair of the CLE Committee.I am also President of Capital Region Connections, which is an organization I developed for networking business and personal connections in the greater Capital Region.

I am the co-deputy chair of Bond\'s litigation department. I have tried both jury and non-jury trials, argued at the appellate level and represented clients during mediation and arbitration proceedings. I routinely represent corporations, small businesses, individuals, insurance companies, third-party administrators, public entities and school districts in a wide range of litigation matters.I represent clients in a variety of business/commercial disputes ranging from breach of contract, business torts, fraud, unjust enrichment, unfair competition, breach of fiduciary duty, tortious interference, defamation, whistleblower claims, partnership dissolution, waivers and releases, professional malpractice, enforcement of employment agreements, covenants not to compete, non-solicitation and non-disclosure agreements.In addition to business/commercial litigation, I spend the other 50% of my practice in the areas of personal injury, premises liability, product’s liability, construction litigation, Labor Law §§ 240(1), 241(6) & 200, motor vehicle accidents, fire loss, water loss, toxic tort, insurance coverage disputes and Cybersecurity matters.When I am not practicing law, I am spending time with my family, skiing, cycling, mountain biking, hiking, rock climbing and playing team sports.
