As part of the Collateralized Loan Obligation (CLO) Group within U.S. Bank’s Global Corporate Trust and Custody division, I support the administration of complex structured finance vehicles. These vehicles issue both debt and equity tranches to acquire diversified portfolios of syndicated bank loans, corporate bonds, and other credit instruments.My responsibilities include settling bank loan and bond trades, managing daily cash flow activities (inflows/outflows), and investing excess cash as directed by Portfolio Managers. I maintain accurate tracking of key asset data—such as accruals, credit ratings, industry classifications—and prepare regular reporting for clients and investors (daily, monthly, and quarterly). I also support reconciliation processes to ensure the accuracy, compliance, and integrity of portfolio data.By bridging operational precision with financial insight, I help facilitate transparency and performance in the CLO market for institutional clients and investors.
