I love helping people. In my personal life I\'ve always volunteered coaching sports - teaching and developing young athletes. It\'s no surprise that teaching and developing people is also the focus of my career as a Human Resources Consultant and Coach. I\'ve been successful over the past 25 years because of my ability to build strong relationships and adapt my approach to different personalities and learning styles.Having worked in Operations before HR, I\'ve been on both sides of the table - both as an HR client and now as an HR professional.
