Primary role and function is a Senior Product Analyst & Product Owner with the Technology Solutions team for BMO Nesbitt Burns Gateway Service Legacy, Gateway 2.0, Gateway Invest Mobile, OneSpan E-Signature application.The following is a sample of day-day operations:• Product Owner of OneSpan E-Signature application, Gateway Legacy, Gateway Invest Mobile and new Gateway 2.0 experience encompassing over Ultra High Net work Private wealth clients, and accounts valued over $240 billion in AUM.• Project Lead & Change Manager on Enterprise Level Initiatives within Bank of Montreal Private Wealth, delivering internal hardware/software enhancements and changes nationwide.• Performs Market Research, collecting customer feedback, and evaluating the current product through leveraging internal markers and ADHOC reporting.• Product representative to all internal stakeholders not limited to senior leadership, IA execute chair, legal, compliance and regulatory supervision bodies.• Negotiates business-as-usual support SLAs with production support, client contact centers and Investment Advisory Teams.• Supports Advisors, Helpdesk & Senior leadership in day-day support activities including incident handling, product based questions, product support and feedback to be brought to the team for further discussion in analysis and if necessary, user story creation and priority via stakeholder feedback.• Product lead on Gateway 2.0 Project and Gateway Mobile. Ensuring the proper activities takes place before product and enhancement launches including QA/UAT testing, piloting and release phase activities for a better client experience.Milestones Achieved:2022 - Spotlight Award Recipient and Acknowledged by Vice President of Prairie Market for outstanding service.2024 - Product Lead achieving BMO Private Wealth\'s first ever #1 in the J.D.
