I am a Research Associate for Jackson Lucas that focuses exclusively on providing executive search consulting services to a select group of clients in the real estate industry. Real Estate Investors and Developers – We work with clients of every investment grade asset class and we’ve been fortunate enough to align ourselves with several of the premier companies in each category. Our placements in these firms include executives in all investment and development disciplines to include: acquisitions, finance & accounting, development, leasing, construction and asset/ property management. Service Providers – Our clients in this sector tend to be fee leasing and management companies or construction firms. Due to the fact that operating investment grade real estate assets is very people intensive, this sector of the industry provides us with steady business throughout various real estate cycles.
